Tips to help prevent cold and flu: 

1. Wash your hands often with soap and warm water. Alcohol-based hand cleansers are also effective.

2. Optimize your Vitamin D Levels

3. Get regular exercise

4. Sleep eight hours per night.

5. Use tissues when you cough, sneeze or spit, and dispose of the tissue in a covered trash bin.

6. Keep your hands away from your face. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
7. Cleaning shared space more often such as phone receivers, keyboards, steering wheels and office equipment.

8. Refraining from sharing personal items such as forks, spoons, toothbrushes and towels.
